I’m planning on having breast augmentation and believe it or not, I don’t know many women who have had them done so I don’t have friends to ask who they used or recommend. Is there a third party list out there that lists the best plastic surgeons by area? If there is I haven’t been able to find it.
Dr. Ramsey J. Choucair answers frequently asked questions about plastic surgery and the placement of breast implants at www.DrCPlasticSurgery.com Is it best to place breast implants underneath or on top of the muscle? One of the most important decisions you need to make when you consider breast augmentation is where you’re planning to put the implant – above the chest, or pectoralis muscle, or below it. There are many variables involved in this decision and unfortunately or fortunately, there is much information on the internet and from friends to cloud your thoughts. The most important thing is to remember that you usually have a choice, although in some cases, one method might be recommended over the other. Because there are so many issues involved, you should really consider consultation with your board-certified and experienced plastic surgeon to make this decision. The implant being placed beneath the muscle is very common with saline implants. Because of the dynamics of the implant, saline implants tend to wrinkle and ripple more often and more characteristically than silicone gel implants. Also remember that when we say that the implant is placed beneath or underneath the chest muscle, it’s only partially under the muscle. The muscle typically covers only the top half of the implant. The chest muscle doesn’t extend so far down that it covers the entire implant. Not a major distinction, but that’s the reality. Saline implants will wrinkle for instance, when placed …
I’m getting a breast augmentation close to the end of the year and I was wondering if I should get silicone or saline. I’ve heard there are pros and cons about both, so I’m curious. Also, should I put them on top or under the muscle? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve been wondering about breast enlargement, and i came across a few pills, and they look like they work. I want to know, some experiences people have had with pills, and which worked best. I’m currently a full 34C/ small 34D looking to get to a full 34D or bigger.
www.SarasotaSurgicalArts.com Dr. Alberico Sessa 941.923.1736 for a free consultation Sarasota Surgical Arts 4143 Clark Road, Sarasota, Florida 34233 This is a saline type implant, and this is considered to be sort of a hybrid of an implant. This is a hybrid between a very flat implant, which would be a moderate-shaped implant, versus something along this line, which is a high-profile implant. Now, when you look at them side to side, you can see the difference. This is a lot wider, and it’s also a lot less projection. This is smaller in terms of width, but it has more projection. So, all of these implants really, I try to fit to your anatomy. So, if you’re more narrow chested, you’re gonna want to use a more narrow implant, which would be something like this high-profile implant. So, we use a narrow implant but it gives you the most amount of projection for a narrow implant versus if you’re very wide-chested person, you can fit a very wide implant and still look very natural. That’s sort of the art behind choosing the proper implant for you. Saline versus silicone is part of the picture, but it’s really how wide of an implant can your body fit and still look natural. If you measure, in terms of your breast width measures out to be about 11 centimeters, which is about average. Let’s say that you measure out to be 11 centimeters, and I choose an implant that is 14 centimeters in diameter for you. Obviously, your implant is gonna look probably artificial because not only will …

My wife is getting breast augmentation. She doesn’t know what size to go with or ways to try it out and figure out what she likes. She is worried she will get it done then not like it but to late then since already done. Either be to small since she went to conservative or to big. Any good ideas how to sorta test the waters before she gets it done permantenly. So she can look at it in the mirror, in clothing, bathing suits and all that stuff. Thanks.
My 23 year old daughter is planning on a breast augmentation surgery and if I don’t do some checking, she will go ahead and have the first surgeon she finds do the surgery for her. I am trying to find out what is the best method out there and see if I can get some referrals in O.C. area. I heard now days they go thru the belly botton and there would be no marks. Any guidance will be appreciated.
