i had 3 consultations before i chose my surgeon, ranging from 6400$ to nearly 8000$. i only had an augmentation. if you need a lift you will probably need to add 1-3000$.

I'm sorry, I have not gotten a breast augmentation, but I was considering it, so I looked more into the subject and I found the following info.
First, your doctor is the only person who can give you accurate advice. We only offer opinions, etc and may not always be accurate. So all the questions you may have are worth asking your doctor to get a good, accurate answer.
K, as far as size goes, there's somethings that you may want to take into consideration. I know that you want bigger boobs or else you wouldn't be getting this procedure done, but have you thought of the importance of proportion? Have you thought of asking your doctor how big is it safe for you to go according to your body frame? What is the look you want to achieve? Natural and big or it doesnt matter to you if you look like Pam Anderson? No offense to you but this is a question to take into consideration and here's why: If you want to go big, but still look natural, there's a limit of how big you can go according to your body frame. However, of you want to look like Pam Anderson, your doctor will probably suggest the biggest but safe size that you can go. The reason I bring body frame up is because a very thin and petite woman couldn't possibly get DDD size implants because, 1) it not very proportioned with the rest of her body and may cause her to have back problems and 2) there may not be enough skin to hold such large implants. I'm 5'0" and I thought that a medium to full C would do the trick for me without looking so fake. How about a medium D? One thing I thought of doing once was to go to a store and pick out bras of the sizes I was considering. I guess you could try this. Go to a store of your choice, pick bras the size you may be contemplating, and then try them on. Put your shirt back on after you try each bra, so you can see about how big your boobs will be if you went up that certain size. This may help you see what size is more proportioned and appropriate for your body frame.
I hope this helps and I wish you good luck, but remember that your doctor is the only one that can give you better advice/opinions, more accurate and from a doctor's perspective.

Ask your doctor if he thinks your body will be able to support this. My friend is about that size and she got DD and she hates them, they are so big and heavy that they hurt her. She can't EVER go without a bra because they pull and hurt her back and she cant even find cute bras that fit so she wears bathing suit halter tops. She is saving money to get them redone smaller, so just take that into consideration.

This should be best advised by the Doctor as it is also based on your chest shape, your current muscles and breast tissues. The Doc will advise you of the best size to "fit" your body in a proportionate way.

You can change the appearance by doing exercises designed to target the pectorals and associated muscles in the area. That will lift and give the illusion of larger breasts. Breast tissue is mostly fat, so you could add some weight. But there is no guarantee it will go where you want it. Look to your genetics for clues.
