An associate of mine (not really a friend) has let us all know that she’s getting breast enlargements done soon. What’s the proper reaction when she gets back? Is it proper to say, “Welcome back, your breasts look lovely” or something along those lines?

I am planning on getting breast augmentation surgery in mid may, and was wondering how long it would be until I could wear a bathing suit to go out to the pool.
